Express Engineering is led by Noel Vella, a family member who succeeds his father Sebastian Vella, a veteran mechanic and tradesman, a tool-maker in the industry and one of the founding brothers of Express Trailers.
Noel leads a dedicated team of tradesmen, all focused on work commissioned mostly by HAMMAR which involves the rebuilding and
reconditioning of side-loaders. This team is also responsible for the servicing of Express Trailers’ equipment.
